Privacy is an essential right of every human being. Everybody should hide his secretes and shortcomings, be aware about his own secretes. He should not be interested in others’ private affairs and disclose others’ secretes. However, most of the people are not aware about it and even do not care it if they know. Islam, rather than others religions or laws, commanded to maintain the privacy and prescribed some regulations and criteria to protect our privacy. This presentation may be helpful for us to know the concept of privacy in Islam and how Islam protects our secretes, and encourages to hide our weakness and shortcomings as human being.
