'Protest against Mass killing, Press freedom, Party vandalism, Fascism, and Genocide in Bangladesh' in Saskatoon, Canada

A rally is organized in front of Saskatoon city hall today by Bangladesh Watch Canada protesting the mass killing, injustice and political oppression in Bangladesh. The protest starts at 2 pm local time and continue for hours. Protesters carried placards and festoons asking to stop genocide and political killing and injustice in Bangladesh. They also asked to release all political detainees and release Editor of Amar Desh Mahmudur Rahman immediately. The crowd chanted slogan against all political oppression, corruption and government irresponsibility about Savar incid
ents. Leader of Bangladesh Business Association of Saskatoon Mr. Saeed called upon Saskatchewan and Canadian government to come forward to restore democracy and end the ongoing plot to bring one party political system in Bangladesh. President of Muslim Circle of Saskatoon Mr. Muminul Chowdhury said Bangladeshi people is ready to fight against this injustice as they did during language movement in 1952 and liberation war in 1971. Finally, President of Bangladesh Watch canada Saskatoon Mr. Kamal Ahmed said if Bangabeer Kader Siddiki is called as 'Rajakar' then we freedom fighters are like to be such rajakar many times to fight against this autocratic government.
